You need to have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training, or equivalent accepted training qualification, within the past 24 months. You can, however, complete this training during your Rescue Diver Course
You need to complete a self certification medical statement. If there are any medical concerns you will need to take the questionnaire to your doctor for a final check before diving
